                                          Admitted to Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals,

                                          U.S. District Court

                                    Middle District of Tennessee,

                                          Western District of Kentucky, Northern   

                                          District of Mississippi, and Southern District of

                                                                          Ohio and all Tennessee State and Appellate Courts.

       Military Service: U.S. Army Infantry 1968-72.             

       Member of American Board of Trial Advocates (A.B.O.T.A.). 

                                Member Montgomery County Bar Association (President 2003) and

                                Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association (Board of Governors, 1999

                                2001).  Hearing Committee Member, Tennessee Board of Professional
